Solution preparation workshop

The highly corrosion-resistant 2507 stainless steel copper dissolution tank is adopted, and temperature constancy of electrolyte is guaranteed with the world-leading efficient copper dissolution process by the scientific and practical external thermal vapour heat exchanger, providing the copper-contained electrolytes without impurities but with stable total amount, composition and temperature for the whole foil production system.

Foil workshop

With advanced equipment imported from Japan and South Korea, the dust-free workshop having the 10,000 level capacity, an intelligent temperature and humidity control system and whole-process online monitoring equipment, the Cupric ion concentration of solution, current density, and electrolyte flow rate are strictly controlled, ensuring the industry-leading field frequency parameters of copper foil thoroughly.
